Yes. In case of transit from outside Terneuzen to Evergem, an electronic report in IVS Next is sufficient. If you are coming from the south (e.g. Evergem), you can submit a report to Vlaamse Waterweg.
If you use a waiting berth, our system will automatically record it as a "wait". If you continue your voyage after that, the system will recognise that you are on your way to a destination outside our area.
If you are waiting for a loading/unloading berth/quay known to North Sea Port, the system may interpret this as a stay to take on cargo.
