Electronic reports can be submitted via the website www.enigmaplus.eu. The reports must be made taking into account the applicable regulations under public law, the ‘Reports and communication in shipping regulations’, as well as Article 11 of the General Terms and Conditions for the use of the ports of Terneuzen and Vlissingen. Message definitions and protocols for this are fully integrated into the Port Management System.
