A ships master or his agent must submit all information regarding shipping waste to North Sea Port by using the ENIGMA electronic port information system (this is mandatory). All registrations, obligations and locations where certain types of waste can be handed in are included in the information system.
Vlissingen and Terneuzen
Waste from seagoing vessels may only be delivered to a port reception facility designated by North Sea Port Netherlands. This applies to all Marpol annexes.
